Mahmoud has more than 18 years of management experience and more than 11 years of Business Systems advisory experience. Before joining the Professional Services, he worked as a senior practitioner in a "Fortune Global 500" Shared Services organization in Multi-Utilities industry providing enterprise applications project management and support services.
