Funded by MTCU and a DSEA member since 2005, the Durham Region Local Training Board identifies key training and employment issues in the region through community consultation. We then work with local stakeholders to address those issues, usually in partnership with industry and education.

Our sustainable energy sector faces significant labour supply challenges in the future. We can help grow the pool of skills available by informing, attracting and retaining, and developing the future labour force.
